School Crest

Our school crest represents the Inangahua River flowing from the mountains, through Reefton to the sea.

School Motto

Our school motto

"Engage in life long learning"

"Takato-ana te ako a-mate-noa"

reflects the school's philosophy that learning is an on-going life time process

School Colours

The gold in our school colours refects Reefton's historical association with gold mining. The green indicating the abundance of native bush on the West Coast and its importance to the Dairy industry.

 

Years 11-13

The focus in years 11-13 is to gain NCEA qualification to enable our students to either enter the world of work or continue their studies at post school education providers e.g. Polytecnics, Universities.
